Our name
An axis is something that is central and fundamental, around which everything else revolves. At People Axis we believe that people are the pivot around which everything else in an organisation revolves.
In the world of mathematics axes provide reference lines by which a point on a graph may be located. People Axis helps organisations understand where they are, regarding their leadership, team and people management and development practices. We support organisations in plotting new courses of action, and assisting them to develop new skills and practices which will move their organisations to new heights.

Principal Director

Tania Hannath is the Principal Director of People Axis. Tania is an experienced Human Resource Development professional who has worked as a strategic partner to CEOs & Executives assisting them to shape and implement cultural, leadership and learning initiatives that support and enable their business vision. Tania has held various specialist, operational, leadership and consulting roles in industries including Professional Services, Telecommunications, Hospitality, Entertainment, FMCG & Not-for-Profit. Tania holds a bachelors degree in Industrial Psychology and an Honours degree in Human Resource Development.
